In a new step that strengthens its leadership and presence in the retail market, Al-Othaim Fashion Company, one of the companies of the “Al-Othaim Investment” group, announced that it has won the trust of five Turkish companies that own famous international brands, as it has become an exclusive agent for five famous Turkish brands in the field of fashion, home accessories and cosmetics to constitute an important addition to the series of exclusive brands that the company provides to the Saudi market.
This strategic step comes within the framework of strengthening Al-Othaim Fashion’s presence and leadership by expanding its portfolio of international brands, which includes 19 of the most famous French, Italian, Portuguese, Latvian, Moroccan and Turkish brands.
The new brands include “PENTI”, the leading women’s underwear brand in Turkey, “Golden Rose”, which operates more than 2,100 points of sale for cosmetics, and “Perspective”, which specializes in women’s clothing, “Jimmy Key”, another women’s clothing brand, and “Bella Maison”, famous for home accessories.
Al-Othaim Fashion Company, a company owned by Al-Othaim Investment Company, recently acquired 100% of the capital of the Innovative Fashion Trading Company (the target company), which is a subsidiary of Cenomi Retail, which will own the franchise rights to 18 of its brands and associated assets.
