Southern Cement approves election of BOD members for a three-year term

Southern Province Cement Company announced the results of the extraordinary general assembly meeting (first meeting) held by attending in person and by means of modern technology.

According to the company’s statement on Tadawul, the GA voting results are as follows:

First: Approval for election of the Board members from among the candidates for the next term, commencing from 01.01.2024 for a term of three years, ending on 31.12.2026.

3. Eng. Thamer Mohammed bin Muqhem Al Muhid

6. Mr. Yahiya Mohammed Al Ameen Al shangiti

7. Eng. Fahad Eid Ali AlHelal

8. Mr. Abdulatif Ali Abdulatif AlSeif

9. Mr. Khalid Ibrahim S. Alrabiah

Second: Approval on amending the company’s bylaws in accordance with the new companies’ bylaws.

Third: Approval on amending the Audit Committee regulations.

Fourth: Approval on amending the Nominations and Remuneration Committee regulations.

Fifth: Approval on amending the Board of Directors Guide.

Sixth: Approval on amending the Remuneration policy for members of the Board of Directors, sub-committees and senior executives.
