Saudi Exports Development Authority Participates in Big 5 Global, in Dubai

The Saudi Exports Development Authority’s “Saudi Made” pavilion hosts 54 leading national companies who are participating in the Big 5 Global event, in Dubai, which takes place between December 4 and 7.

The Big 5 Global is one of the largest events in the construction industry, featuring over 2,200 exhibitors from various countries.

The Saudi exports authority is taking part in the event as a platinum sponsor; the goal is to boost Saudi Arabia’s position in global markets and promote the Kingdom’s exports from priority sectors.

The Kingdom’s strategy focuses on achieving sustainable growth of non-oil exports and stimulating purchase of national products.

In the period 2018-2022, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia was very successful in exporting construction materials, which reached a value of SAR103.17 billion. The United Arab Emirates is the largest importer of such items from the Kingdom, with a total import value of SAR19.44 billion, followed by Kuwait with SAR8.79 billion, and the US with SAR7.99 billion.
