Raoom approves distribution of SAR 3.1 mln in cash dividends for Q3

Raoom Trading Company announced on Monday the Board of Directors’ decision to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the third quarter of the fiscal year 2023, With a value of 3.1 million riyals, equivalent to 55% of the nominal value of the share.

The number of shares entitled to dividends reached 6,250 thousand shares. In contrast, the share of the distribution is 0.50 riyals, provided that the eligibility for dividends is for the company’s shareholders who own the shares at the end of trading on Thursday, 12/07/2023. The eligibility of dividends shall be for the Company shareholders who own the shares by the end of trading day of Thursday 07.12.2023 and registered with the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the date of entitlement.

Dividends will be paid within 15 working days of the due date.

The Company urges its stakeholders to update their data and to link their bank accounts numbers to their investment portfolios to ensure the receipt of their cash dividends without delay.
