On December 21: Americana’s BOD discusses annual plan for 2024

Americana Restaurants International PLC (the “Company”) announced on Sunday that the Company would hold a Board of Directors meeting at 3:00 pm (UAE local time) on Thursday, 21st of December 2023 to consider, amongst other agenda items, the following:

– Business update on operational matters.

– 2024 annual operating plan discussion.

The Company explained today on Tadawul that the decisions adopted by the Board shall be disclosed immediately after the Board meeting.
