Minister of Energy: We will provide sustainable energy to ‎companies at a competitive price

Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman, Minister of Energy, said that they will provide sustainable energy to companies at a competitive price, and if this does not happen, the commodity will not be attracted.

During his talk about the role of innovation and digital transformation to improve efficiency in the energy sector, within the activities of the Digital Government Forum 2023, he pointed out that they have 1.2 thousand sites in the regions of the Kingdom to start solar and wind energy projects, indicating that the Kingdom offers a competitive cost of electricity that is close to the cost.

He added, “We have a significant reduction in costs in the process of producing, extracting, distributing and transporting all types of energy while reducing the cost.”
