Minister of Energy: The Kingdom will launch a geographic ‎survey project in 2024‎

Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman, Minister of Energy, confirmed that the Kingdom will launch a geographic survey project next year 2024.

During the launch of the third edition of the Saudi Green Initiative, the Minister of Energy added that the NEOM green hydrogen project completed the first phase with a total investment of $8.5 billion.

He added, “This year we are operating 4 highly efficient gas-fired power plants with a total capacity of 5.6 gigawatts, and we will build gas power plants with a capacity of 8.4 gigawatts with the ability to capture carbon.”

He added, “We will not change our colors, our beliefs, and our pride in our history and culture. In 2050, we will still wear the dress.”
