Mayar Holding submits Company’s Capital Increase Application File to CMA

Mayar Holding Co. announced the submission of the increase of the Company’s Capital by offering the right issues application file to CMA at SAR 10 million.

According to the company’s statement, it will announce any future developments in this regard in due course.

This announcement refers to the company’s communication on 30.10.2023, regarding the Board of Director’s recommendation to increase the company’s capital by offering rights shares, conditional on the approval of the relevant official authorities and the extraordinary general assembly, and with reference to the Company’s announcement dated 6.11.2023 regarding the appointment of Afaq Capital Co. as a financial advisor to the company to manage the capital increase files.
