L’azurde announces receipt of 2023 Q3 Shari’a Evaluation Report

L’azurde Company for Jewellery is pleased to announce to its shareholders that on Tuesday, December 05, 2023, it has received a Shari’a Evaluation Report regarding the operations of the company issued by Shariyah Review Bureau (SRB) as the company’s Shari’a Advisor.

The report indicates that the company’s business and activities during 2023 Q3 are compliant with the Accounting and Auditing Organization for Islamic Financial Institutions (AAOIFI), Shari’a standards and guidelines.

SRB was appointed as the Shari’a Advisor to L’azurde with the goal of studying and examining the business activities of the company in line with the Shari’a guidelines and standards issued by AAOIFI, in addition to other Shari’a guidelines and standards mentioned in the report. SRB will also provide the necessary consultation to help L’azurde continue to achieve compliance with the abovementioned guidelines and standards throughout the period of commissioning as the Shari’a Advisor to the company.
