GASCO BOD decides to distribute SAR 75 mln in cash dividends for H2

National Gas and Industrialization Co. announced on Tuesday the Board of Directors’ resolution to distribute cash dividends to the shareholders for the second half of the fiscal year 2023, with the total amount distributed is SAR 75 million, provided that the share of the distribution is one riyal. The distribution ratio to the nominal value of the share is 10%.

The company said today on Tadawul that the number of shares eligible for dividends is 75 million shares, and the distribution date will be January 28, 2024.

The Company decided that the eligibility of the dividends shall be at the end of trading day 14/01/2024 for the shareholders registered in the Depository Center (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the eligibility date.
