Future Care Commercial Company announced this Thursday the BOD decision dated 12/06/2023 accepting the resignation of BOD Vice Chairman, Mr. Walid Ahmed Muhammad Naghi, for personal circumstances, and appointing Mr. Basem Muhammad Ali Hussein Abu Nami (Non-executive member) as BOD Vice Chairman.
The BOD approved the resignation of Mr. Majid Jadallah Attiya Al-Hujaili as well for personal reasons.
The Board of Directors extends its thanks and appreciation to Mr. Walid Ahmed Muhammad Naghi and Mr. Majid Jadallah Attiya Al-Hujaili for their efforts made during their period of membership in the Board of Directors, wishing them success.
The company announced the BOD approval to appoint Mr. Abdul Rahman Amin Ahmed Taj El-Din and Mrs. Roaa Mahmoud Muhammad Al-Jundi as BOD members, effective December 6, 2023, provided that they complete the remaining regular period of the current Board session.
Taj El-Din obtained a doctorate in radiology from the Royal Institute of Technology, a master’s degree in magnetic resonance technology from the University of Queensland, and a bachelor’s degree in diagnostic radiology from King Abdulaziz University. He worked in many positions, including radiology technology consultant and associate professor in the applied radiology technology department. At the College of Applied Medical Sciences, University of Jeddah, and a member of the Advisory Committee for the Medical Radiology Program of the Council of Deans of Colleges of Applied Medical Sciences in Saudi universities.
While Roaa Al-Jundi obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Diagnostic Radiology from King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah, a Master’s degree in Magnetic Resonance Imaging from the University of Queensland, Brisbane, Australia, and a PhD in Radiology and Medical Development from the University of Melbourne, Australia. She also received many distinctions and practical awards, including distinction with First class honors in Bachelor of Diagnostic Radiology from King Abdulaziz University and obtaining a scholarship for permanent residence from the Australian government in Alzheimer’s disease research at the University of Melbourne, Australia, as well as a publisher and referee in highly rated international practical journals (Q1).
