Saudi Cable Company announced that it is organizing a meeting via modern technology with its shareholders, to discuss the company’s financial results for the year ending on December 31, 2022, the current status of the company, developments in the financial reorganization procedure, and answers to shareholders’ inquiries by Nael Samir Fayez, CEO, on the day Thursday, December 7, 2023 at (05:00) pm until (06:30) pm.

The company explained in a statement on Tadawul that every shareholder registered in the company’s shareholder registry at the Edaa Center has the right to attend at the end of the trading session that precedes the meeting.
