Bank Albilad announces change in ownership of one of its major shareholders

Bank Albilad announced on Sunday that it has received an explanatory letter from Abdullah Ibrahim Al-Subaie Investment Company, one of the bank’s founders and major shareholders, stating that part of the company’s investment shares has been transferred to one of the investment funds owned by Abdullah Ibrahim Al-Subaie Investment Company owners.

The bank clarified that this did not result in any change in the list of major shareholders in the bank.
