Arabia Insurance BOD decides to form Nominations and Remuneration Committee

Arabia Insurance Cooperative Co. announced on Wednesday that the Board of Directors issued its decision by passing on 12/12/2023, which includes approval of the formation of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee for the Board of Directors’ session that began on 06/04/2023 for a period of three Gregorian years and expires on 05/04/2026, as follow:

1- Nadine Hassan El Habbal – (Independent) Chairman of the Committee

2- Abdulaziz Saleh Aloamir – (Non-Executive) Member of the Committee

3- Muneer Butros Mouasher – (Non-Executive) Member of the Committee
