Amwaj International announces start of electronic voting on the Assembly’s items

Amwaj International Company announced on Thursday the start of electronic voting on the items of the Extraordinary General Assembly meeting (first meeting), starting at 1:00 AM on Thursday 07/12/2023 until the end of the assembly’s meeting time.

This comes in reference to Amwaj International Company’s announcement on the Tadawul website on 16/11/2023 regarding inviting its shareholders to attend the Extraordinary General Assembly meeting (first meeting) scheduled to be held at 19:00 on Monday 11/12/2023.
