Almarai’s BOD recommends distributing one billion riyals in ‎cash dividends for 2023‎

Almarai Company announced the Board of Directors’ recommendation to distribute one billion riyals in cash dividends to shareholders for the fiscal year 2023, equivalent to 10% of the nominal value of the share.

The number of shares eligible for dividends reached one billion shares at one riyal for each share, provided that the dividends are distributed to shareholders registered with the Securities Depository Center at the end of the second trading day from the day of the General Assembly.
