‎“Kingdom Holding” announces establishment of “East Shura ‎Third Real Estate Company”‎

Kingdom Holding Company announced the establishment of a subsidiary called “Sea Front Limited,” indicating that it had, through “Sea Front Limited” and the Second Red Sea Investment Company, affiliated with “Red Sea International,” established a joint venture company called “East Shura Third Real Estate Company.” (hereinafter referred to as the “Project Company”) and the signing of a partnership agreement on Thursday

This comes in reference to the announcement of Kingdom Holding Company (hereinafter referred to as “Kingdom Company”) dated 04/09/1445 AH (corresponding to 10/24/2023 AD) regarding the signing of a binding agreement with the Red Sea International Company regarding a joint project to develop a tourist complex. It is operated by the Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts group on Shura Island, located on the western coast of the Kingdom.
