‎“Almarai” acquires “Etmam Logistics” for 182 million riyals‎

Almarai Company announced its acquisition of “Etmam Logistics” (a logistics services company that provides storage and distribution services for frozen products) for 182 million riyals.

The company said that this acquisition will allow it to enhance its ability to serve its customers with a wide range of frozen products in the Kingdom, which will support the acceleration of the development of catering services operations through a wider range of products, and drive growth in the company’s poultry sector. It will also contribute to expanding the production of frozen products, and expanding into other categories in the future.

The acquisition will be financed through internal cash flows. The acquisition process will be completed after obtaining the necessary official approvals.
