‎“AICTEC” announces moving from “Nomu” to the main market

Advance International Communications and Information Technology Company announced the approval of the Board of Directors for the company’s transfer from the parallel market (Nomu) to the main market.

The company stated in a statement on Tadawul that it will announce to its shareholders any future developments in this regard in a timely manner.

Note that the move to the main market is subject to the approval of the Saudi Stock Exchange and is conditional on fulfilling all requirements stipulated in the listing rules.
