‎“Theeb” opens nominations for BOD membership ‎

Theeb Car Rental Company announced the opening of nominations for membership in the Board of Directors for the next session, which begins its work from March 7, 2024, until March 6, 2027, for a period of three years.

Those who wish to run for membership in the Council and who meet the conditions for membership must submit their nomination applications within the specified period and in accordance with the details contained in this announcement, noting that the nomination conditions are:

– Meeting the general conditions for membership in the Board of Directors and the nomination requirements contained in the policies, standards and procedures for membership in the Board of Directors.

– Complete and sign the company’s nomination application form

– Complete CV Form No. (1) Arabic English.

– Complete and sign Form No. (3) issued by the Capital Market Authority to nominate for membership in the Board of Directors Arabic English.

– A statement of the number and date of his membership in the boards of directors of joint-stock companies, and the committees in which he served or continues to serve, Arabic English.

– A statement of the companies or institutions in which he participates in management or ownership and which conduct business similar to the company’s business, Arabic English.

Nomination for membership in the Board of Directors will be in accordance with the controls and procedures contained in the Companies Regulations issued by the Ministry of Commerce, the Corporate Governance Regulations issued by the Capital Market Authority, and the company’s internal policies and procedures.
