SDAIA Showcases Its Efforts in Managing Smart Cities and AI Technologies at Media Oasis in France

The Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) will take part in the second international edition of “Media Oasis,” hosted by the Ministry of Media in Paris, coinciding with the Kingdom’s involvement in the 173rd General Assembly meeting to determine the host country for Expo 2030, held from November 26 to 28, 2023.

During this event, SDAIA will spotlight its endeavors in managing smart cities through collaborative efforts with government agencies, leveraging data and artificial intelligence to construct smart systems, notably the national platform for smart cities – Smart C and the Foresight platform. These platforms aim to enhance the quality of life. Additionally, the Tawakkalna Services application will be showcased, streamlining government services to beneficiaries from a single platform.

SDAIA will also present its global initiatives, including the organization of the Global AI Summit, a premier global event in the field, with participation from experts and specialists representing 100 countries. The “Global Artathon” initiative, involving senior artists from 60 countries alongside 500 AI experts, scientists, and artists, will be highlighted. Furthermore, efforts from the Ehsan platform, encouraging benefactors to support those in need, will be shared.

Through its participation, SDAIA aims to spotlight the Kingdom’s advancements in data and artificial intelligence, leading to its attainment of top global rankings in these cutting-edge technologies. SDAIA’s diverse initiatives on behalf of the Kingdom encompass the transfer, localization, and production of knowledge in artificial intelligence, aligning with the integration of AI into the Kingdom’s developmental processes outlined in Saudi Vision 2030.
