Paper home announces resignation of Remuneration and Nominations Committee member

Paper Home Company announced on Monday the resignation of a member of the Resignation of the member/ Faisal Yaqoub Youssef Al-Maghrabi – a delegated member of the Board of Directors from the Remuneration and Nominations Committee, and his resignation is effective from 11/25/2023.

The reason for the resignation was that the system does not allow membership of the Remuneration and Nominations Committee by executive members of the Board of Directors and that the resigning member’s membership start date was 9/15/2021.
