Jarir distributes of 300 million riyals in cash dividends for Q3‎

Jarir Marketing Company announced the Board of Directors’ decision to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the third quarter, amounting to 300 million riyals.

She explained that the number of shares entitled to dividends is 1.2 million shares, with a share of 0.25 riyals per share, while the distribution ratio to the nominal value is 25%.

The company stated that the eligibility date is November 6, 2023, and the distribution date is November 15, 2023, while the eligibility for dividends is for the company’s shareholders who own shares on the maturity date, Monday 11/06/2023, and who are registered with the Securities Depository Center Company (Depository Center) at the end of the second trading day after the due date.
