Halwani Bros appoints Sakhr Jamjoom as Audit Committee member

Halwani Bros. Co. announced on Monday the resolution of the Board of Directors (by circulation) on November 19, 2023, to approve the appointment of Eng. Sakhr Assad Jamjoom (Independent Board Member) as a member of the Audit Committee. This appointment will be effective from November 19, 2023, until the end of the current term of the Board on November 6, 2024.

It is worth mentioning that Eng. Sakhr Assad Jamjoom holds a master’s degree in engineering management and a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering. He currently serves as the Vice President of Domestic Sales at Petroloop Co. He has held several leadership positions in local and international companies throughout his career, including Vice President of Human Resources, Administration, and Marketing at Petromin Co. and General Manager of Global Textile Company, Head of Manufacturing and Logistics Services at Ahmed Baeshen Company, and Operation Group Manager & Autonomous Maintenance pillar leader at Modern Products Company.
