Etihad Atheeb appoints Eisa Ba-Eisa as BOD Chairman, Omar Alkhudairi as deputy

Etihad Atheeb Telecommunications Company (GO) announced on Thursday, the decisions of the Board of Directors meeting held on 15/11/2023 as follows:

1. Appointing Dr. Eisa bin Yeslam Ba-Eisa as Chairman of the Board of Directors (Independent).

2. Appointing Mr. Omar Nabil Alkhudairi as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors (Independent).

3. Appointing Mr. Saad bin Omar Albaiz as Secretary of the Company’s Board of Directors (Non-executive).

4. Formation of the Executive Committee as follows:

– Dr. Eisa bin Yeslam Ba-Eisa (Independent).

– Mr. Maitham Abdulla Ashoor Hasan (Non-executive).

– Mr. Saad bin Omar Albaiz (Non-executive).

5. Formation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee as follows:

– Mr. Suliman Ahmad Alzahrani (Independent).

– Mr. Saad bin Omar Albaiz (Non-executive).

– Dr. Eisa bin Yeslam Ba-Eisa (Independent).

6. Formation of the Audit Committee as follows:

– Mr. Ayman bin Hilal Aljaber (Independent).

– Mr. Ehsan Amanallah Makhdoum (Independent).

– Mr. Sager Abdullatif Nadershah (Independent).

This comes with reference to the results of the 16th Ordinary General Assembly meeting held on Tuesday 14/11/2023, which included the election of members of the Board of Directors for the fifth session, which began on 14/11/2023 and for three years ending on 13/11/2026.
