Enaya announces start of electronic voting on Assembly’s items

Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance Company announced on Thursday that the electronic voting on the agenda items of the Extraordinary General Assembly will start (1:00) AM on Friday 01/12/2023 until the end of the time for the assembly.

Registration and voting in the Tadawulaty services will be available and free for all shareholders using the link below:

This comes with reference to the announcement of Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance Company (“Enaya”) on Saudi Exchange website on Tuesday 14/11/2023 regarding the invitation to the shareholders to participate and vote in the Extraordinary General Assembly meeting (first meeting, and second meeting one hour after the first meeting).
