Burgerizzr agrees to amend policy and standards for BOD membership

Shatirah House Restaurant Co.”Burgerizzr” announced on Tuesday the results of the Ordinary General Assembly meeting (the first meeting), which was held at 19:30 on Monday, 29/04/1445 corresponding to 13/11/2023, by means of modern technology.

Voting Results:

1- Approval of the amendment of the Regulations for the work of the audit committee

2- Approval of the amendment of the Regulations for the work of the Remuneration and Nominations Committee

3- Approval of the amendment of the Remuneration policy for the Board of Directors, its committees and executive management

4- Approval of the amendment of the Policy and Standards of the Board of Directors membership

5- Approval of the Criteria and controls for the Board of Directors member’s competition for the company’s business or one of its branches of activities
