Bank Albilad: Transferring ownership of part of Abdullah Al-Subaie Investment Company shares to charity portfolio of Sheikh Abdullah Al-Subaie

Bank Albilad announced on Tuesday that it has received an explanatory letter dated November 13, 2023, from Abdullah Ibrahim Al-Subaie Investment Company, one of the bank’s founders and major shareholders, stating that the ownership of part of the investment company’s shares has been transferred to the charity portfolio of Sheikh Abdullah bin Ibrahim bin Mohammed Al-Subaie.

The Company BOD said today on Tadawul that this did not result in any change in the list of major shareholders in the bank.
