AlJazira REIT distributes SAR 4 mln in cash dividends for year 2023

Al Jazira Capital Markets Company announced on Monday the distribution of SAR 4 million cash dividends to Al-Jazira REIT unit holders for the full period of the year 2023, equivalent to 4.58 % of the net assets value.

The number of Outstanding units on the basis of which cash distributions will be made is 11.8 million units, at a rate of 0.340 riyals, provided that the eligibility for cash distributions is for unit owners, according to the unit owners’ register at the end of November 22, 2023. Distributions will be paid within 10 working days.

The Fund Manager would like to remind the unitholders to update their information with the Capital Market Institution, where their accounts are being held, to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions.
