Al-Rajhi Takaful votes on December 3 to increase capital by 150%

Al-Rajhi Company for Cooperative Insurance (Al-Rajhi Takaful) invited the shareholders of the Company to attend the online Extraordinary General Assembly meeting (the first meeting) in the city of Riyadh through the means of modern technology using the Tadawulaty suite, which is scheduled to be held at 18:30 PM on Sunday 03/12/2023.

The company explained on Tadawul that the assembly will vote on increasing the capital from SAR 400 million to SAR 1 billion, an increase of 150%.

The company confirmed that the number of shares before the increase was 40 million shares and after the increase was 100 million shares.

The company indicated that the recommendation aims to enhance the Company’s funding to achieve strong growth rates at the next years.
