Al Rajhi Takaful receives letter from Al Rajhi Insurance-Bahrain on transferring 10.6 mln shares in shareholders’ private investment portfolios

Al Rajhi Cooperative Insurance Company-Al Rajhi Takaful announced on Tuesday that it had received today, Sunday, November 26, 2023, a letter from Al Rajhi Insurance Company Limited – Bahrain, stating that the shares, amounting to ten million six hundred thousand (10,600,000) shares, at a percentage of (26.50) were transferred to the investment portfolios. Owned to the same shareholders according to their current ownership percentages within an organizational procedure, which will result in a change in the list of major owners in Al Rajhi Cooperative Insurance Company – Al Rajhi Takaful.
