Al-Rajhi Capital announces update of Al-Rajhi REIT Terms and Conditions

Al-Rajhi Capital announced an update of the Terms and Conditions of Al-Rajhi REIT Fund as of today. A summary of the main updated items is as follows:

• Updating the zakat clause in the Terms and Conditions of the Fund for the purposes of filing the Fund’s zakat return as per the rules for collecting zakat from investment fund investors.

• Updating the Fund’s Terms and Conditions to reflect the change in the Fund’s BOD after announcing the resignation of Mr. Tariq Al-Suqair – a non-independent Fund BOD member.

• A general update on the experiences of the Fund’s BOD Members and management team.
