AICTEC Assembly agrees to elect 5 BOD members

Taqadum International Communications and Information Technology Company announced on Thursday to its shareholders the results of the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (first meeting), which was held at 18:30 pm on Wednesday, November 29, 2023.

Voting Results:

Approval of the election of members of the Board of Directors from among the candidates for the next session, which begins on 12/29/2023 and lasts for four years and ends on 28/12/2027. They are:

1- Mr. Abdullah Mohammed Al Shuraim

2- Professor/Mishaal Muhammad Nasser Al-Kathiri

3- Mr. Saud Mohammed Al Shuraim

4- Mr. Mustafa Muhammad Hassan Ali

5- Mr. Ahmed Nasser Ahmed Al-Sayegh
