‎“Solutions” signs a contract with stc group worth 112.04 million ‎riyals

The Arab Internet and Communications Services Company (Solutions) announced that it has signed a contract with the Saudi Telecom Company (STC) (a related party) to provide STC with software licenses, and to manage these licenses and related technologies in a way that ensures business continuity, at a value of 112.04 million riyals. (Including VAT), for a period of 3 years

The company said in a statement today on “Tadawul” that the financial impact will appear on the financial statements starting from the fourth quarter of the year 2023 AD.
