‎“Bonyan REIT” unit owners get SR53.7 million cash dividends

Saudi Fransi Capital Company announced the distribution of cash dividends to unitholders of Bonyan REIT Fund for the period from May 11, 2023 to October 31, 2023, amounting to 53.7 million riyals, equivalent to 3% of the net asset value.

The number of existing units on the basis of which cash distributions will be made is 162,881,100 units, at a rate of 0.33 riyals, and the distribution percentage is from the net asset value as of June 30, 2023.

The eligibility for cash distributions will be for unit owners, according to the unit owners’ register at the end of November 28, 2023, provided that the distributions are paid within 15 working days from the entitlement date.
