‎“Al Hammadi” announces death of Saleh Al Hammadi, BOD ‎Chairman ‎

The Board of Directors, the Executive Management, and all employees of Al Hammadi Holding Company and its subsidiaries mourned the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Saleh bin Mohammed bin Hamad Al Hammadi (non-executive member), who passed away today, Monday.

We ask God Almighty to cover the dear deceased with His vast mercy and to inspire us and all his family, relatives and lovers with patience and solace. We belong to God and to Him we shall return.

The company explained that any developments related to the appointment of the new Chairman of the Board of Directors will be announced later.
