‎“Herfy Foods” GA agrees to amend an article related to profits distribution

The Board of Directors of Herfy Food Services Company announced the results of the Extraordinary General Assembly meeting, which was held at eight o’clock in the evening on Sunday, November 19, 2023.

Voting results:

– Approval of amending Article (41) of the company’s bylaws related to the distribution of profits.

– Approval to transfer the statutory reserve balance of 101.7 million riyals, as in the financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2022, to retained earnings.
