‎“Abu Moati” BOD recommends distributing SR10 million cash ‎dividends for H1‎

Abdullah Saad Abu Muti Library Company announced the Board of Directors’ recommendation to distribute 10 million riyals in cash dividends to shareholders for the first half of the fiscal year ending on March 31, 2024, equivalent to 5% of the nominal value of the share.

The number of shares eligible for dividends reached 20 million shares, at 0.5 riyals per share, with eligibility for dividends being on Sunday, December 10, 2023, for the company’s shareholders who own shares on the day of entitlement and who are registered with the Depository Center Company at the end of the second trading day following the entitlement date. Distribution will also take place on December 20.
