Thimar: End of priority rights trading period is tomorrow

Thimar Development Holding Co. announced on Wednesday that the last day for rights trading and the last day for the subscription in the new shares. The Company indicated that the end of the priority rights trading period is tomorrow, Thursday, October 19, while the end of the subscription period for new shares will be October 24.

The Company said Today on Tadawul that eligible shareholders are those who own shares at the end of the trading day of the Extraordinary General Assembly and whose names appear in the Company’s shareholders register with the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the day of the Extraordinary General Assembly which was held on 08/10/2023G).

Attention of Investors not willing to subscribe is drawn to the importance of selling the right issues they hold during the specified trading period to avoid the resulting decline in the value of their investment portfolios as a result of not benefiting from their rights, whether by way of sale or subscription.
