TAM Development signs contract to provide consulting services and digital solutions for SAR 9.4 mln

Tam Development Co. announced on Sunday that the signed contract was officially received on Rabi’ al-Awwal 20, 1445 AH, corresponding to 10/5/2023 AD. Its duration is 10 months. It is expected that the financial impact of this contract will be reflected starting from the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2023, noting that there are no related parties in this contract.

This comes reference to the announcement of TAM Development Company dated 02/07/2023 regarding awarding a project to provide consulting services and digital solutions. The value of the project is: 9,441,155 Saudi riyals.
