Sulaiman Al Habib BOD to distribute SAR 409.50 million cash dividends for Q3

The Board of Directors of Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Services Group has decided on Saturday to distribute cash dividends to the shareholders for the third quarter of 2023, at a total amount of SAR 409.50 million, with dividend per share amounts to SAR 1.17 per share, with a distribution percentage to the share par value of 11.7%.

The company stated on Sunday on Tadawul that the number of eligible shares for dividends is 350 million shares. In addition, the distribution date in on Monday, 20th November 2023.

The eligibility of dividends shall be for the shareholders at the close of trading on Thursday, 2nd November 2023, provided that the eligibility of cash dividend shall be to Shareholders who are enrolled in the issuer’s shareholders register at the Depository Centre by the end of the eligibility date.
