SHL nominates Kamal Khodr as Chairman of Executive Committee

The SHL Finance Company announced on Wednesday based on the Board of Directors Resolution by Circulation dated 10/10/2023 as recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the acceptance of the resignation of Mr. Ayham bin Mohammed Al yousef from the Executive Committee membership due to private circumstances while maintaining his membership in the Board, and the nomination of the Board member Engineer. Saud bin Abdelaziz Algusaiyer as an Executive Committee member in replacement of Mr. Ayham Al yousef,

The Company explained Today on Tadawul that the Board also approved the nomination of the Board and Executive Committee member Mr. Kamal bin Amin Khodr as the Chairman of the Executive Committee.

And indicated that the Board approval of the nomination of the Executive Committee member and Chairman shall be final after obtaining the Saudi Central Bank none objection.
