SARCO announces resignation of BOD member Aiad Mushaikh

Saudi Arabian Refineries Company Sarco announced on Wednesday that its Board of Directors had accepted the resignation of Board Member Eng. Aiad Mohammad Mushaikh (independent) from his membership in the Board of Directors and the committees emanating from it for the current session that began on 01/05/2021 and ends on 30/04/2024. This is based on the Board of Directors’ decision emanating from the Board of Directors meeting held on 03/10/2023, provided that the resignation is effective from the date of the decision.

The members of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Arabian Refineries Company Sarco extend their thanks and appreciation to Eng. Aiad Mohammad Mushaikh for his efforts in the company in the previous period, wishing him success.
