Riyadh Cables BOD decides to distribute SAR 149.9 mln as interim cash dividends for H1

Riyadh Cables Group Co. announced on Wednesday the Board of Directors’ decision to distribute 149.9 million riyals as interim cash dividends to shareholders for the first half of 2023, equivalent to 10% of the nominal value of the share.

The number of shares eligible for dividends reached 149.9 million shares, at one riyal for each share, with the eligibility date being October 16, 2023, and the distribution date will be within 15 working days from the due date.
