Jabal Omar Announces Resignation of BOD member

Jabal Omar Development Company announced on Monday that the Board of Directors approved the resignation of Mr. Mohanned Saud Alrasheed from the position of member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Audit Committee as of the date of 29-10-2023, due to personal circumstances.
