Foods Gate Extraordinary General Assembly agrees to amend the company’s system
Foods Gate Trading Co. announced on Tuesday the Results of the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting) after completing the quorum required for the first meeting.
The Company explained Today on Tadawul that the assembly agreed to amend the company’s articles of association in accordance with the new company’s system and also approved the company’s governance regulations, policies, and procedures.
