Foods Gate announces start of e-voting on items of General Assembly meeting

Foods Gate Trading company announced on Thursday the starting of electronic voting on the agenda of Extraordinary General Assembly meeting (First meeting) by Means of Modern Technology, starting from 1:00 am on Thursday 19-10-2023 until the end of the assembly meeting.

The Company said Today on Tadawul that the Shareholders can vote remotely by visiting the website of Tadawulaty available at www.tadawulaty.com.sa (Registration and voting through Tadawulaty services are free of charge to all shareholders).

This comes referring to Foods Gate Trading Company’s announcement on Tadawul dated 28-09-2023 regarding an invitation to its shareholders to attend Extraordinary General Assembly (First Meeting) scheduled for 06:30 pm on Monday, 23-10-2023, only remotely by using modern technology.
