The Board of Directors of Enma AlRawabi Co. announced the results of the Second Extraordinary General Assembly (First Meeting), held on Minday corresponding to Oct. 9, 2023

Votes results:

– Approval of the Board of Directors’ recommendation to distribute cash dividends of SAR 10 million for the financial period from January 1, 2023 until June 30, 2023, at 0.25 riyals per share, which represents 2.50% of the nominal value of the share.
