Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib appoints Faisal Abdullah Al-Nassar as Group CEO

Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Services Group announced on Sunday the appointment of Mr. Faisal Abdullah Al-Nassar as CEO of the Group from 08 October 2023.

Mr. Faisal Abdullah Al-Nassar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Information Systems from the College of Industrial Management at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals in Dhahran. He assumes the position of a member of the Board of Directors, acting CEO since 01 November 2022, Chief Financial Officer of the Group since 2011 and chairman of the Board of Managers of all subsidiary companies of the Group.

Mr. Faisal Al-Nassar also previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of Roya Investment Company (formerly ACWA Holding) from 2006 until 2011, and a Senior Manager of the Corporate and Investment Banking Group at Samba Financial Group from 1999 until 2006.

This comes with reference to the announcement of Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Services Group Company (the “Group”) on the Tadawul website that was published on 09 October 2022 regarding the appointment of acting CEO.
