Dar Almarkabah terminates contract with CEO, appoints Hassan Alzahrani to temporarily carry out executive management work

Dar Almarkabah for Renting Cars Co. announced that the director’s recommendation resolution dated 3/10/2023, to terminate the contract with the CEO, Mr. Eyad Mohammad amin Bakhsh, as of 3/10/2023, and to appoint Mr. Hassan Belal Alzahrani, carry out executive management work until a new CEO is appointed for the company.

Mr. Hassan Belal Alzahrani holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University. He has experience in the sales, marketing and banking finance sectors.

The members of the Board of Directors of the Dar Almarkabah Company extend their thanks and appreciation to Mr. Eyad Mohammad amin Bakhsh for his efforts, services and contribution during his period of service with the Company.
